We file Mechanic's Liens, Homeowner Association Liens and Preliminary Notices

THE NEW LIEN LAW STARTS AUGUST 1st! Email Kelly@lienservice.com for more information. The most significant change in Utah mechanic’s lien and payment bond statute is this: if you fail to file a preliminary notice on ANY project, then you have NO lien rights or payment bond claims! In addition to this mandatory requirement for preliminary notices, you will need to obtain a parcel number and owners name for each project you are working on and you must include that in your preliminary notice filing with a new SCR format. All preliminary notices must still be filed within 20 days of first work.
